The Magic Lane. “Focus in Beeld en Geluid” is kort samengevat het concept waarop het complete ontwerp van ons nieuwe product is gebaseerd.

Natuurlijk, beide aspecten zijn al veel langer onderdeel van de meest succesvolle shows wereldwijd, echter zal het team van 2010 proberen aan deze een iets andere benadering te geven.

Op de vloer zal een spel van ‘focus nemen en focus geven’ worden gespeeld, zowel in beeld als in geluid. Uw aandacht, als publiek, zal ‘heen-en-weer’ worden getrokken tussen verschillende stijlen muziek en beeld, welke juist onderling weer bij elkaar blijven!
Deze kleine ‘twist’, de iets andere invalshoek, deze, net even andere benadering van focus levert een interessant, en meer ingewikkeld, ontwerp- en uitvoeringsproces op. Een uitdaging waarvoor wij denken klaar te zijn.

27 enthousiaste dames en heren zijn druk bezig met de eerste stapjes van ons nieuwe product. Halverwege oktober is het team, na een zomerseizoen van hard werk, begonnen aan de inhaalslag om te zorgen dat wij u, in de korte tijd die ons altijd rest, de eerste resultaten kunnen voordragen.

Op 27 december 2009, 15:00 uur, organiseren wij onze traditionele try-out. We hopen u daar te zien en te horen. Steun ons in de aanloop naar, en ook tijdens, een nieuw winterseizoen!

Beatrix’ Winter Guard 2010: The Magic Lane.

“Focus in Image and Sound” is, shortly summarized, the concept on which the complete design of our new product is based.

Ofcourse, both aspects have been part of the most successful shows worldwide for much longer, however the 2010 team will try to give these aspects a slightly different approach.

A game of taking, giving and sharing focus will be played on the floor, both in Image as in Sound. Your attention, being the audience, will be drawn back and forward between different styles of music and image(showdesign), which will mutually stay together.
This little twist, this slightly different approach of focus has provided us with a more interesting and complicated design and achievement process. A challenge for which we think we are ready!

27 enthusiastic ladies and gentlemen have been working hard, taking the first little steps towards our new product. The team started their first rehearsals halfway through October, after finishing a long summer season full of hard work. They will be doing their yearly catch-up game to be able to present you their first results by the beginning of the New Year.

We will be holding our try-outs on December 27th, starting at 3 p.m. in Hilversum. We hope to see (and hear) you there!
